He believes in a holistic approach to mental well-being, emphasizing the importance of good sleep hygiene, a balanced diet, and regular physical activity to support overall mental health.
Troy finds immense fulfillment in guiding individuals through their mental health journeys. His mission is to provide compassionate, client-focused care that empowers individuals to improve their well-being, navigate challenges, and live healthier, more balanced lives.
Outside of his professional life, Troy loves to travel and experience new places and cultures. He is deeply family- and friend-oriented, cherishing quality time with his loved ones.
