Dr. Glen Rebman, DO, is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who serves in a collaborative role, supporting Nurse Practitioners in delivering exceptional, thoughtful care. Known for his kind, honest, and intentional approach, Dr. Rebman partners closely with clinicians to ensure they have the clinical insight, resources, and guidance needed to navigate complex mental health presentations.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Rebman began his academic journey with a dual Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Religion from St. Olaf College, followed by a Master’s in Theology with a focus on pastoral counseling. After a successful career at the Department of Veterans Affairs, he pivoted toward medicine—earning his Doctor of Osteopathy from Des Moines University and completing his psychiatry residency at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Rebman specializes in mood disorders, neuromodulation, psychotherapy, and integrative approaches. He is a Fellow of the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Minnesota. His clinical expertise includes advanced treatments for resistant depression such as Ketamine, TMS, and ECT, as well as extensive leadership experience as a Department Chair, Chief Medical Officer, and Medical Director across inpatient and outpatient settings.
In every role, Dr. Rebman brings a holistic, flexible, and consultative mindset. He is deeply passionate about equipping nurse practitioners with the tools and support they need to thrive—fostering a culture of trust, growth, and shared purpose.
He often says, “I may not have all the answers, but I know the right places to look,” a reflection of his humility and dedication to working alongside others in pursuit of the best possible outcomes. What motivates him most is seeing providers grow in confidence and capability, ultimately empowering their clients to rediscover hope and healing.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Rebman enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, swimming, practicing archery, and exploring the outdoors. He values balance, intention, and being fully present—both in life and in leadership.
