See Chung is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. She grew up in Korea, where her curiosity about the human mind and desire to help others began early in life. Inspired by stories of resilience and healing, she set her sights on a career in psychiatry—despite the cultural stigma surrounding mental health at the time. Her unwavering determination to serve others led her to the field of psychiatric nursing, where she now helps individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy and clinical expertise.

See holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from UCLA, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from West Coast University. Her multifaceted academic background and years of experience in inpatient psychiatric settings have equipped her with a well-rounded, holistic approach to care.

She believes that healing extends beyond medication. Her approach combines evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness techniques, fostering emotional regulation, stress management, and deeper self-awareness. See is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She understands that every individual’s story is unique, and she tailors her treatment plans to reflect each person’s needs, values, and experiences.

If she had to describe herself in three words, they would be Knowledge, Faith, and Enlightenment—representing her dedication to lifelong learning, belief in purposeful care, and commitment to helping others find clarity in their mental health journey. Her clients often appreciate her calming presence, insightful guidance, and the genuine care she brings to each session.

Outside of her professional role, See is deeply devoted to her family. She finds joy in spending quality time with her children and cherishes opportunities to travel together, creating meaningful memories along the way. A true nature lover, she enjoys hiking and the peacefulness of being outdoors. Exploring new cuisines and learning about different cultures through food and travel also bring her great fulfillment.
