Ngozi Onyenuforo, NP (pronounced "en-go-zee oh-nyen-uh-for-oh") is a Board-Certified and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in psychiatric mental health care. Her educational background started with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from El Camino College. She then pursued a Master of Science in Nursing Education at Walden University. Recognizing the need to serve an underserved population, Ngozi went on to obtain a post-master's certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science.

Ngozi's decision to enter the field of mental health care was driven by her desire to help those struggling or suffering from psychiatric disorders. Witnessing the lack of proper representation and care within her community in Southern California, she felt compelled to be a part of the solution. Her approach to therapy is centered on compassion and empathy, striving to meet the unique needs of each individual client in a manner that fosters positive change.

Outside of her work, Ngozi is an active and family-oriented person. She enjoys attending Zumba classes, spending time with her loved ones, traveling with friends, and watching TV. Describing herself as compassionate, God-fearing, and supportive, she brings these qualities into her therapeutic relationships with clients.
