Summer Williams, MSN, PMHNP-BC, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified Women’s Health
and Psych/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her first Master of Science (MSN) with a focus in Women’s Health, from the University of Cincinnati and her second MSN, with a focus in Psych/Mental Health, from the University of Arizona. She is currently attending the University of Arizona and will graduate with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in the spring of 2023.

Summer has a passion for integrative and holistic health care and strongly believes that the mind, body, and spirit are connected. She is able to recommend allopathic approaches to care and is also very comfortable discussing alternative/holistic methods while truly understanding that each client is an individual who requires a unique, whole person approach.

Summer believes in the benefits of staying present, teaching mindfulness techniques, and in addressing the importance of self-worth while honoring one’s individual journey. She also believes in the importance of getting back to the basics by reminding her clients to incorporate sunshine and time in nature, exercise, grounding, a healthy diet, community, breathwork and self-awareness, among other things. She offers various levels of mental health support with patience and compassion.

Summer currently lives in Arizona and enjoys traveling, the arts, photography, meditation,
reading and spending time outdoors with her German Shepherd.

Ms. Williams received her Master of Science degree in Nursing with a focus in Women’s Health from the University of Cincinnati

Ms. Williams earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing with a focus on Psych/Mental Health at the University of Arizona
