Dr. Angela Lucy Babadjanian (Dr. B) is a licensed psychologist who brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to her practice. Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Babadjanian often found herself navigating the complexities of life through her supportive relationships, which shaped her understanding of the importance of acceptance and compassion in identity development, particularly in the face of adversity.
Dr. Babadjanian earned her Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Anaheim Campus. Her educational journey was fueled by an innate curiosity and a desire to connect with others. This inquisitiveness, paired with her natural ability to connect with people, guided her towards a career in psychology, where she could utilize her strengths to help others.
As a Humanistic psychologist, Dr. Babadjanian is deeply relationally oriented, taking an evidence-based approach to psychotherapy. She understands that the decision to seek therapy can be daunting, as it involves a significant level of vulnerability. She approaches each client with kindness, flexibility, compassion, and acceptance, ensuring that they feel safe and supported throughout the therapeutic process. Dr. Babadjanian is committed to meeting her clients where they are in life, working collaboratively to address their challenges—believing wholeheartedly that two heads are better than one.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Babadjanian enjoys adventuring with her husband and their two dogs, Koda (an Australian Shepherd) and Charlie (an Australian Cattle Dog mix). She finds joy in attending concerts, spending time outdoors, watching movies, reading thriller novels, and indulging in a good bowl of ramen.
