Natalie Puc (Puck), a Board-Certified Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her practice. Natalie’s educational journey is marked by a dedication to excellence in mental health care. She holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Seattle University, an Associate Degree of Nursing from Palm Beach State College, and a Bachelor of Psychology from Florida State University. Her extensive qualifications also include certifications as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner ANCC certification in Washington state.

Natalie’s personal experiences have shaped her approach to therapy, allowing her to connect deeply with her clients. Growing up in south Florida as the oldest child of divorced parents, Natalie faced significant mental health challenges from an early age. While her parents lacked the resources for consistent medical treatment, her older cousin stepped in as a source of unwavering support. Through this support, Natalie developed emotional intelligence and engaged in conversations that her parents were unable to have. Encouraged to explore her emotions and practice self-reflection, she found solace and inspiration to pursue a degree in psychology. Natalie’s transformative journey continued in college, where she embraced Buddhism, journaling, and radical self-acceptance.

In her therapeutic approach, Natalie emphasizes mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, empowering her clients with practical tools for healing. Through techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, journaling, and mindfulness, she helps individuals navigate their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Natalie firmly believes in a holistic model of treatment that addresses the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Beyond psychotherapy, she also emphasizes the importance of diet and lifestyle changes, recognizing their impact on mental well-being.
