Linda Rowan is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes in a holistic approach to mental health care, addressing the mind, body, and spirit together. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health, and a Master of Science in Lifestyle Sciences and Coaching. In addition to her clinical expertise, she is a certified wellness coach, offering a comprehensive perspective on patient care that emphasizes both mental and physical well-being.
Linda is compassionate, dedicated, holistic, curious, and nurturing in her approach to patient care. She believes that understanding and treating the whole person is essential to achieving true balance and well-being. Her passion for mental health stems from a desire to go beyond symptom management and focus on deeper healing and sustainable wellness.

Linda has extensive experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma therapy. Outside of her professional life, Linda enjoys living in the country, where she finds solace in nature. She owns a horse and a pony, and she loves spending time outdoors, whether hiking, taking long walks, or enjoying a picnic with friends and family. Cooking is another passion of hers, and she takes great joy in experimenting with new recipes using fresh ingredients from her garden. Sharing meals with loved ones brings her immense satisfaction and connection.
