She is particularly passionate about Person-Centered and Existential Therapy approaches, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their challenges and strengths.

Lilli's journey into therapy was deeply influenced by her personal experiences growing up in a small town in Illinois. Raised in a household affected by undiagnosed mental health conditions, she learned early on the importance of adaptability and resilience. This upbringing, coupled with her innate desire to help others, led her to pursue a career in therapy, fulfilling a lifelong dream.

As a therapist, Lilli specializes in working with individuals of all ages, with a particular focus on clients with ADHD and autism, as well as families and couples. Her relational and supportive approach fosters trust and collaboration, empowering clients to navigate life's challenges and embrace their true selves.

Whether her clients are struggling with anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck in personal or professional life, Lilli is dedicated to help uncover strengths and overcome obstacles. With her warm demeanor and genuine desire to understand your unique experiences, she invites clients to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Lilli's interests span from her love of animals – particularly her chickens and quails, which she hatched herself – to enjoying movies and savoring good food. Her commitment to self-care and her connection to nature are reflected in her therapeutic approach, emphasizing the importance of holistic well-being.
