She also integrates tools like genetic testing, nutrition, and lifestyle interventions to optimize outcomes, ensuring care that is comprehensive and deeply tailored to each individual.
Compassionate, resilient, and intuitive, Dr. Hollander views herself as a guide and partner in her clients’ journey toward self-discovery and growth. She sees every individual as a unique story, deserving of personalized care that bridges the gap between where they are now and where they want to be. Her work is grounded in collaboration, empowering clients to align their mental health with their values and potential.
Dr. Hollander grew up as a first-generation American, shaped by the intersection of two cultures that instilled resilience, empathy, and a deep sense of connection. This upbringing inspired her commitment to understanding and addressing the complexities of the human mind, body, and environment. She believes in fostering not only symptom relief but also resilience, growth, and a higher quality of life.
Dr. Hollander welcomes individuals who are ready and willing to embark on their path toward healing. For those unsure where to begin, she offers a safe space to explore and address key obstacles together. With a steadfast commitment to her clients, she empowers them to thrive—not just survive—and to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of work, Dr. Hollander is passionate about exploring creativity, mindfulness, and connection through singing, dance, yoga, and learning. She also enjoys spending time in nature, traveling to serene and culturally rich destinations, and discovering new cuisines that align with her interest in nutrition. Her interests reflect the same balance of creativity, mindfulness, and well-being that she cultivates in her professional practice.
