Mrs. Theresa Nakagawa-Yoshida is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Mrs. Nakagawa-Yoshida graduated in 2007 with a Masters in Counseling & Bachelor’s in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.

Theresa has been licensed as a LMFT since 2014. She is passionate about collaboratively helping people that are struggling with depression, anxiety, loss, grief, bereavement, and self-harm. She is a trained Solution Focused Brief Therapy Approach (SFBTA) Therapist. She practices several modalities & together will find one that fits you. She wants to be helpful to you, so that you’ll find our work together is worthwhile.

As a former fashion designer, she loves to sew & knit. She now creates fashion for her pug Tilly & protective face-masks for her family & friends. She enjoys walking, swimming, biking & fishing.
