Theresa has been licensed as a LMFT since 2014. She is passionate about collaboratively helping people that are struggling with depression, anxiety, loss, grief, bereavement, and self-harm. She is a trained Solution Focused Brief Therapy Approach (SFBTA) Therapist. She practices several modalities & together will find one that fits you. As a former fashion designer, she loves to sew & knit. She now creates fashion for her pug Tilly & protective face-masks for her family & friends. She enjoys walking, swimming, biking & fishing.
