Ingredients:
8oz [1 cup] milk of your choice – dairy, almond milk, soy etc
1 heaped Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop plain unsweetened protein powder of choice [optional! I use 100% whey protein isolate]
1 banana
1/4 cup frozen berries
2 tsp natural peanut or almond butter
Handful of ice cubes
Option: if you like a little more sweetness, add a tsp or two of honey
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
Suggestion: Serve in a bowl and top with a sprinkle of raw nuts/seeds or unsweetened coconut. Great for breakfast, easy lunch or a snack!
